Physical Education

At Walgrove, as part of an in addition to state-mandated Physical Education hours led by grade level teachers, our students enjoy a weekly Physical Education lesson with Coach Rachel which includes team sports, yoga and hands-on training on living an active life. This additional P.E. time improves motor skills, increases self-confidence, supports social interaction and provides an opportunity for bodies and minds to be active outdoors on our 9+ acre campus.

Coach Rachel has been an integral part of the Walgrove team for over 6 years and is the favorite part of many of our students week.
